Flexion distraction is a gentle, non-invasive chiropractic technique used to treat spinal conditions like disc herniations, sciatica, and chronic back pain by stretching and decompressing the spine. It is performed on a specialized table that moves the spine through a rhythmic pumping motion, while a chiropractor uses manual adjustments to apply specific pressure while the spine is stretched. 

We use the services of Ontario Orthotic Lab for our custom orthotics, keeping our services local and Canadian.  OOLab manufactures custom made foot orthoses for the treatment and management of many biomechanical foot and ankle conditions. Once an assessment and scan is completed, they fabricate our custom-made orthoses to your prescription and specifications, using the highest quality materials. 

Shockwave Therapy (SWT) is used for the treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, primarily applied to chronic conditions, particularly those affecting medium to large sized tendons and their insertions on bone. The goal is to  stimulates the body’s natural healing process and decrease pain.  This is very useful in any type of tendinitis and only takes a few treatments.
